Our group has a combination of talks and visits. The talks are mainly by guest speakers. Each year we have short member talks on a topic such as famous people from the area. We do like to get out and visit interesting places like St Albans cathedral, museums, and historic locations nearby. We are a friendly group and enjoy teas and coffees together at the end of sessions. Bring your own cup, part of our "Getting Greener" policy.

15 APR Visit British Schools Museum in Hitchin. £10 each. Shared lifts, meet at the Museum at 10:30am for tea & coffee.
20 MAY VISIT Rothamsted Agricultural Research Station. Meet at 1:45pm
The oldest research station in the World. A guided stroll around the park.
