Together we choose a subject for study and discussion. Our current subject is 'Britain in the Seventeenth Century'. There are many aspects we can consider such as the accession of James 1, the Civil War, the Restoration, the Plague 0f 1665 & the Great Fire of London and the Glorious Revolution. There are also many 'famous lives' to study, for example Shakespeare, Sir Isaac Newton, Christopher Wren and Samuel Pepys.
