The chromatic harmonica, unlike the diatonic or blues harp, is able to play every note. Think of the black notes as well as the white notes on a piano keyboard. A 12-hole instrument has a range of 3 octaves.
We learn to play the instrument from notation and tablature.
The type of music we study is wide-ranging and open to suggestion by the members. We learn to play as soloists and as an ensemble.
